Ingredients:
● 2 pounds of lamb chops
● Salt for seasoning
● Black Pepper for seasoning
● 4 cloves of garlic, minced
● 2 teaspoons of chopped thyme
● 2 teaspoons of chopped rosemary
● ½ teaspoon of chopped parsley
● 2 tablespoons butter
● ¼ cup of extra-virgin olive oil
Directions:
Step
1: Cut the lamb chops into ¾-inch-thick pieces of four and then season them
with salt and pepper on both sides.
Step 2: In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic and the herbs, rosemary, thyme, and parsley. Add two tablespoons of butter to the bowl and mix to make a paste.
Step 3: Rub the garlic and herbs mixture over the lambs on all sides and set it aside at room temperature for 30 minutes to let it marinate.
Step 4: Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat and add the chops once it is hot.
Step 5: Cook each side for 2 to 3 minutes or until the Marinated Greek Lamb Chops surface is browned. The best way to check if the lamb is cooked is by using an instant-read-thermometer. The lamb should be cooked to a minimum of 62-degree celsius.
