  This classic halal beef lasagna recipe has a simple meat sauce as the base. Layer the sauce with the pasta noodle and heaps of cheese, then bake until bubbly! This is perfect for feeding a large family and freezes well, too. Ingredients: ●        1 tbsp vegetable oil ●        1.1lbs halal lean minced beef ●        1 onion, chopped ●        2 garlic cloves crushed ●        1 tbsp Italian mixed dried herbs ●        2 x 400g cans of chopped tomatoes ●        Salt ●        Freshly ground black pepper ●        6-8 lasagne sheets ●        500ml milk ●        40g Plain flour ●        25g Butter  ●        150g Mature Cheddar cheese grated ●        2 tbsp finely grated Parmesan cheese   Recipe:   Meat Sauce ●        Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, then over high heat, add the halal minced beef, don’t stir it too much, as it needs to sear. ●        Add the onion and garlic to the frying pan with the dried herbs.
