Ingredients for the marinade grilled chicken

       2 lbs. chicken breasts

       ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil

       3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

       3 tbsp. soy sauce

       2 tbsp. vinegar

       ½ tsp. ginger paste

       ½ tsp. garlic paste

       ¼ cup brown sugar

       Salt, as required

       1 teaspoon black pepper powder

Instructions for the marinade chicken

  1. For the marinade chicken, mix all the ingredients, including lemon juice, vinegar, soya sauce, brown sugar, black pepper powder, salt, garlic paste, and ginger paste in a bowl.
  2. Put the chicken in a ziplock bag and pour the marinade over it.
  3. Let chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes, 4 to 5 hours, or overnight.
  4. Now comes the part of preheating the grill to the highest level and brushing it with oil.
  5. Place the marinated chicken on the grill and cook one side for at least 5 to 6 minutes before changing it. You can stick a fork in the chicken to check if it's tender yet.
  6. After the chicken is grilled, take it out and let it rest for a few minutes before serving it with a side dish.

To have the perfect grilled marinade chicken, the trick is to poke the chicken breast with a fork and marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes so that the marinade has completely seeped into the chicken. You can keep it overnight for extra flavour. It's also important to keep the marinated chicken in a Ziplock bag to retain the seasonings.
