 Juicy grilled chicken

Ingredients

       ¼ cup lemon juice

       2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil

       2 tbsp. soy sauce

       1 tsp. garlic paste

       1 tsp. ginger paste 

       4 chicken breasts

       Salt and black pepper powder, as required.

Recipe

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  2. Fork the chicken pieces and put the work inside the bowl, and marinate the chicken
  3. Put the marinated chicken pieces inside a ziplock bag and let them rest for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to a high level and oil the grills to ensure no sticking.
  5. Place the marinated chicken pieces on the grill and cook until the chicken is tender.
  6. After the halal grilled chicken is cooked, serve it with rice, salad, or season with parsley.

 

Grilled chicken kebabs

Ingredients

       1 lb. chicken breasts

       ¼ c. honey

       ¼ c. olive oil

       ⅓ c. soy sauce

       1 tsp. Minced garlic

       Salt and pepper, as per taste

       1 red bell pepper chopped

       1 yellow bell pepper chopped

       1 red onion chopped

 Recipe

  1. Add olive oil, minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper to a bowl.
  2. Add the chicken pieces and chopped vegetables to the marinade and cover the bowl for an hour.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium to high heat.
  4. Thread the chicken kebabs and chopped vegetables onto the skewers.
  5. Grill 5-6 minutes on each side or until the chicken is tenderly cooked.
  6. Serve with a dip.

 

Grilled BBQ chicken

Ingredients

       Salt and black pepper, as per taste

       1 whole chicken cut into pieces

       2 cups BBQ sauce

       2 tbsp. olive oil

Recipe

  1. Only season the chicken with salt and black pepper. 
  2. Cook the chicken for 15-30 minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
  3. Turn the chicken over, slather it with BBQ sauce and cook for 30 minutes more.

 

Spicy yoghourt grilled chicken

Ingredient

       Boneless chicken thigh

       142ml pot natural yoghourt

       1 tbsp ground coriander

       1 tbsp ground cumin

       1 tsp chilli powder

       2 tsp ground turmeric

Recipe

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Marinate the boneless chicken thigh well in the bowl and cover the marinade chicken for 30 minutes.
  3.  Thread the chicken on the skewers.
  4. Fire up the grill at high heat and grill the marinade chicken for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Remove the chicken from the grill and season with parsley.

 

Grilled lemon chicken

Ingredient

       1/2 cup lemon juice

       6 tbsp. olive oil

       1-1/2 teaspoons minced garlic

       3/4 teaspoon dried oregano

       6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

 Recipe

  1. Combine freshly squeezed lemon juice, olive oil, pressed garlic, and dried oregano in a bowl, and marinate chicken in the mixture.
  2. Fire up the grill and add marinade chicken pieces to it.
  3. After the halal grilled chicken is thoroughly cooked, serve it with grilled vegetables, salad or rice.
