Juicy grilled chicken
Ingredients

¼ cup lemon juice
●
2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
●
2 tbsp. soy sauce
●
1 tsp. garlic paste
●
1 tsp. ginger paste
●
4 chicken breasts
●
Salt and black pepper powder, as required.
Recipe
- Mix all ingredients in a
bowl
- Fork the chicken pieces
and put the work inside the bowl, and marinate the chicken
- Put the marinated chicken pieces inside a ziplock bag and let them rest for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to a
high level and oil the grills to ensure no sticking.
- Place the marinated chicken pieces on the grill and cook until the chicken is tender.
- After the halal grilled
chicken is cooked, serve it with rice, salad, or season with parsley.
Grilled chicken kebabs
Ingredients

1 lb. chicken breasts
●
¼ c. honey
●
¼ c. olive oil
●
⅓ c. soy sauce
●
1 tsp. Minced garlic
●
Salt and pepper, as per taste
●
1 red bell pepper chopped
●
1 yellow bell pepper chopped
●
1 red onion chopped
Recipe
- Add olive oil, minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper to a bowl.
- Add the chicken pieces and
chopped vegetables to the marinade and cover the bowl for an hour.
- Preheat the grill to
medium to high heat.
- Thread the chicken kebabs and chopped vegetables
onto the skewers.
- Grill 5-6 minutes on each
side or until the chicken is tenderly cooked.
- Serve with a dip.
Grilled BBQ chicken
Ingredients

Salt and black pepper, as per taste

1 whole chicken cut into pieces
●
2 cups BBQ sauce
●
2 tbsp. olive oil
Recipe
- Only season the chicken with salt and black pepper.
- Cook the chicken for 15-30 minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
- Turn the chicken over, slather it with BBQ sauce and cook for 30 minutes more.
Spicy yoghourt grilled chicken
Ingredient

142ml pot natural yoghourt
●
1 tbsp ground coriander
●
1 tbsp ground cumin
●
1 tsp chilli powder
●
2 tsp ground turmeric
Recipe
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Marinate the boneless chicken thigh well in the bowl and cover the marinade chicken for 30 minutes.
- Thread the chicken on the skewers.
- Fire up the grill at high heat and grill the marinade chicken for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and season with parsley.
Grilled lemon chicken
Ingredient

1/2 cup lemon juice
●
6 tbsp. olive oil
●
1-1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
●
3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
●
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
Recipe
- Combine freshly squeezed
lemon juice, olive oil, pressed garlic, and dried oregano in a bowl, and
marinate chicken in the mixture.
- Fire up the grill and add
marinade chicken pieces to it.
- After the halal grilled
chicken is thoroughly cooked, serve it with grilled vegetables, salad or
rice.
