1. Keep your cheese in the freezer for at
least 20-25 mins before grating it to get a better-shredded cheese and to shred
it easily.
2. Spread some none sticky cooking spray over
the grater before grating the cheese to make the process easier.
3. Get the cheese sauces cooked over a low
flame to avoid breaking them. 
4. If you are baking a lot of cheese in a casserole, make sure that the oven is not hotter than 375°F or else it can get broken.
