If you follow the internet, you would know one such recipe that is taking everyone by storm is the pan-fried duck breast, Jamie Oliver. The ingredients required are stated below:

       1 x 250 g free-range duck breast.

Preferably smoky steamed bacon or higher welfare. (2 rashers)

Garlic cloves (2. You can increase the amount as per preference)

       Fresh Rosemary (2-3 springs)

       Red wine vinegar.

       Spinach (100-120gm)

       White beans (560gm)

Method:

Score the duck breast's skin at 2 cm intervals and then season them with black pepper and rock salt.

While you turn the heat from medium to high, place the duck skin-side down on the non-frying pan.

Cook for a total of 8 minutes without moving it. Make sure the fat is well rendered and the skin is golden and crispy.

Meanwhile finely chop the garlic and bacon.

Turn the duck breast over and cook for four minutes. Then in another hot pan sprinkle the bacon and garlic and rosemary. Stir and cook for two minutes. Then add a splash of red wine vinegar.

After that pour in the beans and juice. Simmer a bit and then stir through the spinach until wilted.

Slice the duck breast at an angle and then you're ready to present the grand dish. You can also top it up with your favourite sauce for duck breast recipes, for an additional pop of flavours.
